Williamsburg has been expanding with artists, hipsters, eclectic people of all sorts and a fairly large gay community. I thought it would be a good idea for billy queers (and their friends) to meet up occasionally and check out the new restaurants, bars, art galleries and many other attractions that this great neighborhood has to offer. Suggestions for future Meetups are welcome.

An unpublished report suggests major NYC museums under- represent LGBTQI art and artists. This group is intended to explore that idea and, if it is true, develop and implement actions to move museums in a direction of more visible inclusiveness. Art activists, their friends, lovers and wannabees are welcome to join.
